A Zero Out task type zeroes out data existing in a target location. There is no Source in this type of task.

Note: A Zero Out can only be performed on one cube at a time.

1. Choose the target Cube to zero out.

2. For each dimension of the Cube, choose from the following options:

   • Selecting nothing will zero out the data for all elements of that dimension.

   • Selecting a consolidated (C) element will zero out the data for all base-level descendants of the C element.

   • Selecting a base-level (N) element will zero out the data for that base-level element only.

Repeat the above step for each target dimension you want to filter down.
