Note: You can add as many users to DataMaestro as you wish. However the number of Active Users allowed in DataMaestro at any time is limited to how many are eligible with your subscription. You may add additional active users anytime by contacting us at 201-984-3030.
On the left-hand menu click the gear icon labeled Administration.
Click the Add User button. The screen will open.
Enter the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Display Name (Note that this will automatically populate, but it can be changed.)
4. Assign a Password.
5. Select one of the two applicable Organization Roles, listed below. This determines the user's ability to manage DataMaestro users, environments, and servers.
Administrator
Standard User
6. Assign one of the following rights to the environments:
No Access
Contribute and Run
Run Only
7. Click the Save button to create the user. The screen will close, and a confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen.
